Two People Arrested for Allegedly Planning a “Prison Break “Stunt on Mike Sonko


Mike Sonko has been in custody for about a week now at the Kamiti Maximum Prison for twelve counts of robbery with violence and assaults. As a result, two of the former governor’s allies decided to free their friend from the country’s highly secured prison.

In their attempt, the two, Mr. Clifford Ochieng Ouko and Benjamin Onyango Odhiambo, threatened to get into the Kamiti Maximum prison in police uniform to resue the controversial county boss.


According to a local source, the court was informed that the two men owned military attire.
An investigating officer confirmed to the court that the uniforms were linked to a terrorist gang under investigation. Additionally, he added that the two were funding terrorism activities in the country.

A search was conducted in their premises in BuruBuru and in Komarock, where several items were recovered, including a laptop, cell phones, sim cards, and DVDs.
