This means that senior team board officials including Ed Woodward of Manchester United, Tom Werner of Liverpool, and Ferran Soriano of Manchester City have been forced to resign from their major leagues. Woodward and Werner being removed from the advertising advisory committee, at the time Soriano and Arsenal chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck also removed from their committees.

Haha so Tottenham have avoided the penalty as they have not been included in any committee, since the major league committees were established a year and a half ago.
