Emurua Dikkir Member of Parliament (MP) Johana Ng’eno has vowed to sue the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) over the hate speech list.
Speaking on Thursday, a day after the commission produced the hate speech list, Ng’eno said he is already assembling his Lawyers to face it off with the commission and demanded his name to be removed with immediate effect.
Ng’eno continued; “I’m surprised that NCIC listed me as number two in those on their radar over hate speech. This is the assassination of my character and I am assembling my lawyers to face it off with the commission. I want my name removed from the list with immediate effect,”
The MP rubbished the list protesting that he has never incited anybody and challenged the commission to take him to court.
“The NCIC has never summoned me at any time neither do I have any incitement charges been referred on me by any court,” Added the KANU MP.
