The BLAZE network and Safaricom will host the second phase of the be your own boss (BYOB) session this Thursday from 2pm.

According to Dr Caroline Vundi, a mental health professional, the session aims to inspire the audience to have a clear vision and to take on new challenges in life.

The workshop will feature online producers Kennedy Odhiambo aka Crazy Kennar and Winnie Wanjiru aka Wixx Mangutha as well as budding designers David Githu and Moses Kiuna from Kiambu County who used local materials to create artificial limbs and brain-operated artificial limbs.

The event will be aired through the BYOB website or the BYOB social networking site which includes BLAZE Kenya’s Facebook page, You Tube and via Twitter.

The second phase of the session comes a month after the launch of the fifth article of BLAZE Be Your Own Boss. .

This year’s BYOB Live event will feature 12 online forums highlighting a number of issues such as creativity, collaboration and value addition as one way to empower young people between the ages of 18 and 26 who focus on developing their careers in various fields.
