Public transport is warned against filling passengers in cars


Transport Minister James Macharia has said that all public vehicles are still not allowed to fill passengers’ vehicles.

Macharia said the nation was still facing the threat of COVID-19 while calling on transport vehicles to adhere to the health ministry’s regulations to control the spread of corona virus.

The minister was speaking at the school ACK Memorial in Gatanga where he was the guest of honor at the launch of the classes.

The minister commended the road projects being implemented by the government in the central part of the country saying that many of those projects will be completed this year.

About the issues of BBI, Murang’a County Governor Mwangi Iria who accompanied Macharia said that political leaders should not be used to spread dirty politics.

The Iranian said everyone has the right to oppose or support the bill as comments have their own significance.

He called on lawmakers to carry out their duties effectively before the bill is passed.
