Four politicians have been cited by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) in relation to public mobilization.

Addressing the media, chairman of the commission Rev. Dr. Samuel Kobia has named the former governor of Nairobi Mike Mbuvi Sonko, MP of Emurua Dikir Johana Ng’eno, Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati and Silvanus Osoro of Mugirango South by inciting violence through their utterances.

He insulted the MP of Dagoretti north Simba Arati and a colleague of In the mirror South Silvanus Osoro in response during the funeral procession in the county of Kisii while the case is being recorded.

Pastor KobiHe warned that those caught three times would be banned from running for office in accordance with the law.

They were commended for using their positions to help deal with violence.
