Kenya Service Expands Services to Serve Retirement Needs –

Services Kenya has announced the expansion of its services to meet the needs of retirees at its facilities across the country.

In an update Wednesday, Services Kenya said retirees can now access a number of services at facilities including pay shifts, claim a refundable pension, real-time status for pension applications and claim dependency pensions.

Others obtain copies from pension payment reports, reporting the death of a deceased retiree and obtaining a post from annual tax returns to enable tax returns.

Services are available at all Service Centers except City Square, Kibra, Makadara, Eastleigh and Kajiado Central.

“All pension services are now readily available at your nearest Service Center. No need to go to town again! Kenya’s service tweeted.

Launched on November 7, 2013, the Kenya Service Program, for many years, has helped Kenyans access government services easily.

Some of the services available at Service Centers across the country include the replacement of IDs, processing of certificate of good conduct, renewal of driver’s licenses, applications for Higher Education Credit Board and repayment services, Revenue Authority services Kenya (KRA) among others.
