Immediate former Majority Whip in the Senate Irungu Kang’ata has for the first time commented on his ouster from house leadership earlier on Tuesday.
Speaking at the KICC, the Murang’a Senator revealed that the tribulations in the rulling party started just when ODM leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta shook hands.
Kang’ata further accused Mr Odinga of using the BBI to divide the country.
“We should not divide this country; it belongs to each and every Kenyan but we should not use BBI to divide our people. I’m now noticing that this problem seems to have started after handshake, now imagine the guy of handshake becoming president of this country. Imagine the kind of tribulations we’ll be undergoing,” he said.
