Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has revealed that has not drunk alcohol or smoked bhang for one year and 27 days.
Taking to his social media page, Babu declared that he is 100% sober adding that he has come up with EduCare Foundation which will help his constituents with all the contents from class one to form four.
“Because of this sobriety, we came up with EduCare Foundation org with all content from class one to form four. You don’t need to go to Alliance when you are in Garissa. The alliance will be brought to you via that app.” He shared.
