GSU rivals Port Doula of Cameroon sets 1-3 African tournament in Tunisia


The Kenyan Premier League champions in the men’s volleyball of the General Service Unit (GSU) have advanced to a series of poor results, in the African Champions Clubs’ Cup in Tunisia, when they were beaten 1-3 by Port Doula of Cameroon on Sunday afternoon.

The tournament was a 5-8th place win and they grabbed the first set 25-16 before losing 3 sets following 23-25, 21-25 and 20-25.

GSU had lost in the quarter-finals of the tournament to hosts Esperance 3-0, after winning 2 Group D matches against DRC’s Espoir and Customs from Nigeria.
