The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has named MPs Sylvanus Osoro, Simba Arati and Johana Ng’eno as well as former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko,  in a list of shame that it published on Wednesday morning.

Osoro and Arati were recently involved in a physical fight in Kisii during the burial of Deputy Governor Joash Maangi’s father.

Ng’eno and Sonko are facing court charges of causing disorder and incitement.

Other notable individuals in the list are youths who disrupted meetings organized by ODM leader Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto in Githurai and Burma respectively.

According to NCIC boss Reverend Samuel Kobia, politicians who will appear in the list for a record three times will be ruled out from vying for any office.

“We are working with other agencies just to make sure that this person will not be eligible to be elected to a position whether it is MCA, MP , Governor or whichever. This is something if it happens politicians will certainly think twice before they involve themselves in that action,” Kobia said.
