“We were shocked at first but we joined our efforts to take the body. This river, (Mathioya) has turned into a valley of death. It is a tragic event,” said Karanja.

Residents claim five bodies have been found in the same area in the past one year.

The body was 50 meters from where Obuong’s body was found but a river.

The soft sounds of the Mathioya river swelling and bushes probably provided a good place for the attackers to throw.

The body was wrapped in a bag with a gun, tightly fastened with a strap in the shape of a sash to fit the bag.

He was wearing clothes and jewelry but had no shoes. His hands were cut off from the hands and appeared to have bled profusely from what could be described as the worst massacre.

The recovery of the two bodies has had a different effect on who abducted the four and what the reasons for their torture in cold blood.

The body is being kept in the Murang’a County Government mortuary as an unidentified man.
